STEM Mind Maps & Motivational Talk was conducted for 84 UPSR candidates of SK Buntal by UNIMAS STEM Education Lab, Faculty Engineering, together with Faculty of Resource Science and Technology (FRST) and Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FCSIT). The workshop was in conjunction of UNIMAS SCR Program at Santubong. The workshop was presented by Mdm. Noraziah Abdul Wahab and comprised of an introduction to mind maps, step-by-step of designing mind maps, and a hands-on session whereby all students are required to draw mind maps according to Year 6 Science Learning Units. The workshop was concluded by prize giving session, rewarding students who had designed the best mind maps. The main objective of this workshop is to train UPSR candidates to design and use mind map as learning tool for Science.
